Property Knowledge Base
Managing property-specific information to train your AI assistant

Knowledge Base Overview
Once inside the Property Knowledge Base, you'll find the tools needed to build a comprehensive information repository for your property. This knowledge powers the AI assistant's ability to answer guest questions accurately.
Main Sections
Assets

Hosts can upload PDF or image files (e.g., PNG, JPG) containing property-specific info such as house manuals, visual instructions, or local tips. For example, a host might upload labeled images of the kitchen to show guests where to find the microwave, how to use the coffee maker, or how to operate the stovetop—these visual aids can significantly enhance clarity and reduce common guest questions.
These assets are treated as knowledge base (KB) inputs and will be included when training the chatbot. If a file with the same name is re-uploaded, it replaces the previous version.
- Supported file types: PDF, PNG, JPG
- Automatic text extraction from documents
- Visual content is analyzed to enhance responses
- Easy version management with automatic replacement
Articles

Articles are lightweight entries—ideal for current, targeted information (like the latest pet policy or updated parking rules). For instance, a host might write an article specifically about how to reset the Wi-Fi router or what to do if the power goes out—topics that may not be in older PDFs.
These take priority over any conflicting content in uploaded PDFs, ensuring the most current information is always provided to guests.
- Quick to create and update
- Takes precedence over PDF content when information conflicts
- Ideal for frequently changing information
- Can be created directly from host responses in the service desk
